3rd week of Pete's Paleo Challenge down! Hope everyone is right on track! If you have any questions or concerns please post them in the Paleo Challenge facebook group.
If you didn't place a challenge order you can still order Pete's. Place your orders for Pete's Paleo by midnight tonight for pickup on Thursday, November 1st between 4:30 pm - 8 pm.
Lift:
Level 1: 7 sets of 2 push press or push jerk with moderate weight.
Level 2: 7 sets of 2 push jerk at 70% of 1 rep maximum. 1 set each minute.
WOD:
As many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
5 Handstand Push Ups
10 Kettlebell Swings
15 Double Unders
Level 1 - Modified or Full Handstand Pushups, 35/26 lb Kettbell, 3x singles
Level 2 - Handstand Pushups, 53/35 lb Kettlebell
Level 3 - Deficit Handstand Pushups (45 lb. bumpers and Abmat), 70/53 lb Kettlebell, Unbroken Double Unders (If you don't get all 15 in one set you have to start over.)
