Sarah is a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer with experience training individuals, group Crossfit classes, and she also helped run a Crossfit Kids summer camp at her previous gym.  One of the things Sarah loves the most about Crossfit is how people of all fitness levels can participate in it.  To prove that anyone can do it, Sarah even Crossfitted through her recent pregnancy and loved the benefits it brought her. Julie

Julie is a CrossFit Level I trainer, and holds CrossFit certifications in Olympic lifting, endurance, nutrition, as well as her CrossFit Kids cert. Prior to starting CrossFit, Julie did what most people do- attend a globe gym to jump on the Elliptical trainer for 45 minutes, and maybe do some bicep curls if the weight room wasn't too crowded. Those days are long gone now! The first time she walked into a CrossFit gym, fear and intimidation lay before her, but those feelings were soon lifted when she realized that everyone in that gym had to start somewhere. It sounds redundant, but we're all beginners in the beginning. Julie has two mutts that accompany her everywhere, and they hope to meet you soon too!

Amanda will be coaching our CrossFit Kids classes and is available

Greg

Andrew

I am originally from a small, formerly, steel producing city south of Pittsburgh, PA called Monessen. As a three sport varsity athlete in highschool, I was lost in the gym.  It was not until my junior year of college that I, with the help and encouragement of my friends, began to pursue Crossfit.  What we started grew into Panther CrossFit based out of the University of Pittsburgh, which I graduated from with a degree in Electrical Engineering.  That was Jan of 2009, by July of 2010 I had successfully placed 8th overall at the PA, DE and MD 2010 CrossFit Games Sectional, 40th overall at the 2010 CrossFit Games Central East Regional, and earned my L1 Certification.  I joined CrossFit Pittsburgh in Jan of 2011 as an athlete and coach, with an emphasis on introductory sessions.  During the 2011 CF Games Open I qualified individually in the Mid-Atlantic Region, but opted to compete with CrossFit Pittsburgh's Affiliate team which eventually finished 21st overall at the regional competition.  In October of that year I finished 8th at CrossFit RAW's Fall Brawl.  From there, I made the journey west to Sunny San Diego in Late December 2011.  I began coaching WW at CF SoCal along with training for my date with USMC Recruit Training in March.  During that time frame I placed 1st at StrongFit's Competition in LA in the Middle Weight Division.  Now-a-days, after several long months of training, I am stationed aboard Camp Pendleton.  I am attempting to become a connoisseur of fish tacos, carne asada burritos, and the olympic lifts.  I would be ecstatic to share my knowledge of all said subjects, especially fish tacos.
