Free Saturday Workouts at CrossFit SoCal

Every Saturday we host TWO FREE workouts at our gym.  The times are 8am and 10am.  This Saturday we will be testing our strength and endurance with other gyms around the world.  The monthly "Painstorm" challenge is detailed at www.crossfitweekendwarriors.com.  This workout will be scaled to your ability.  Due to the length and intensity of this WOD, if you are a first timer to CrossFit you will do only half of the workout with little or no weight.  All others, we will scale accordingly and/or do as written.
