Fundamentals
This 8 session series will teach you the basic movements that are the core of our program. This class is a prerequisite to our Elite Fitness Classes. The Fundamentals classes are taught one-on-one. Some of the exercises or functional movements that you will learn are: the squat, the deadlift, kipping pull-ups, Clean and Jerk, rowing, rope climbing techniques, handstands, ring work and much, much more! While learning the skills, we will also be putting you through our strength training program to prepare you even further to begin Elite Fitness. You also be provided with the tools and information for proper nutrition and diet. We will evaluate your athletic and physical fitness level and then scale each exercise and workout to your abilities. No one is ever too out of shape or in too good of shape for this class! Start anytime--we will work with your schedule. Typically we will schedule two to three sessions per week to ensure that you are eased into the CrossFit program safely and effectively. Test out
Have
a few months of CrossFitting under your belt? Are you
transferring from another CrossFit gym and feel confident in your
skills to start Elite Fitness? We offer a test-out option.
During this half hour-long session you will be asked to perform a
variety of specific skills and you must be able to demonstrate them by
using the proper form. The cost is $25. Test outs are scheduled Monday through Friday at 5:30 am or pm.

Elite Fitness
Once you have completed the Fundamentals class or can demonstrate to us proper form and good technique of CrossFit's foundational movements at personal training sessions, you may join the CrossFit SoCal Elite Fitness classes. The groups will typically be larger (6-10 people) and focus on intensity as well as proper execution of movement. Because we run Elite Fitness classes 6 days a week, we can focus more on programming and perfecting Olympic and power weightlifting, gymnastics and improving metabolic condition. Al Elite Fitness membership includes one free Olympic Weightlifting class on Saturday at 8am.

San Diego CrossFit Weekend WarriorsNot sure if CrossFit is for you? Come try us for FREE every Saturday at 10am. Each workout is scalable to accommodate every fitness level! Fundamentals Bootcamp
Want to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit,
Olympic and power lifting in a group setting? This
bootcamp offers two classes per week ( a total of 8 ) in a small group
setting of no more than 10 people at a reduced rate! You will have two
coaches at every session so that you will get the same great one-on-one
feeling as our Fundamentals personal training.

Strongman Class
This class is designed to combine Strongman elements with CrossFit Football style training. It will have 3 elements each week. The first will consist of some dynamic, athletic warm up, working on speed, balance and agility. The second element will be a unilateral strength element focusing on keeping the body balanced, stable and powerful. Finally, we will work on a strongman skill that could include atlas stones, farmer's walks, axle lifts, tire flips, sledgehammers, sandbags, yoke walking, sled pushes/pulls, etc. The class will usually end with a short and heavy event.

Women's Only CrossFit Class
This class is designed for women of all levels of fitness, experience and age. This class will help you reach your goals in a fun group environment. During class you will run, row, jump rope and do push-ups. pull-ups and many other functional movements all at high intensity. Can't do a pull-up or push-up? Don't worry! All movements are scaled to fit each individual's abilities. Get results, feel empowered and have fun! Classes are M/W/F at 9:30 and Satrudays at 11.
