CrossFit SoCal Fundamentals-Prerequisite

This 6 session series will teach you the basic movements that are the core of our program. This class is a prerequisite to our Elite Fitness Classes. The Fundamentals classes are taught one-on-one. Some of the exercises or functional movements that you will learn are: the squat, the deadlift, kipping pull-ups,  Clean and Jerk, rowing, rope climbing techniques, handstands, ring work and much, much more! You also be provided with the tools and information for proper nutrition and diet. We will evaluate your athletic and physical fitness level and then scale each exercise and workout to your abilities. No one is ever too out of shape or in too good of shape for this class! Start anytime--we will work with your schedule. Typically we will schedule two to three sessions per week to ensure that you are eased into the CrossFit program safely and effectively. Test out of Fundamentals

Have a few months of CrossFitting under your belt?  Are you transferring from another CrossFit gym and feel confident in your skills to start Elite Fitness?  We offer a test-out option.  During this hour-long session you will be asked to perform a variety of specific skills and you must be able to demonstrate them by using the proper form. The cost is $50.

CrossFit SoCal Elite Fitness Class

Once you have completed the Fundamentals class or can demonstrate to us proper form and good technique of CrossFit's foundational movements at personal training sessions, you may join the CrossFit SoCal Elite Fitness classes. The groups will typically be larger (6-10 people) and focus on intensity as well as proper execution of movement. Because we run Elite Fitness classes 6 days a week, we can focus more on programming and perfecting Olympic and power weightlifting, gymnastics and improving metabolic condition.

CrossFit SoCal Olympic Weightlifting Class

This class meets every Saturday at 8am.  No experience necessary.  You need not be a member of the gym or have gone through Fundamentals.  This class is Free for members. Drop-ins are $20.

San Diego CrossFit Weekend Warriors

Not sure if CrossFit is for you? Come try us for FREE every Saturday at 8am or 10am. Each workout is scalable to accommodate every fitness level! Come join us for a great workout in this fun, supportive atmosphere every Saturday morning at CrossFit SoCal. Come as often as you like, there is no obligation to join the gym. Fundamentals for Kids

Our Fundamentals 6 session class from a kids perspective taught by CrossFit Kids Certified trainers.  The classes run between 30 to 45 minutes.  Whether you want to start your kids down the correct path to a healthy, happy and strong life or want to give them the edge over the other kids on the team, you'll find our kids program is a supportive and effective way to do it!
